Thinking about this, Kamaljit Kaur started her startup named Kimmu’s Kitchen in the month of December 2020 to provide fresh milk and ghee to the people, in which Kamaljit Kaur provides fresh pure milk and ghee to the people.
Brings milk from Punjab to Mumbai
When Kamaljit Kaur started Kimmu’s Kitchen, in the initial days, she used to buy milk from local vendors to make ghee, but the ghee made from the milk of the vendors there was not having the same taste as the one in Punjab at home. So then she decided to get milk from her birthplace Ludhiana, Punjab so that she could make ghee with the taste of Punjab from the milk there.
After researching for a few days to find out how milk can come from Ludhiana to Mumbai, Kamaljit started ordering milk directly from Ludhiana. Kamaljit told that there are many ways to make ghee, but we use the Bilona method to make our ghee. In the Bilona method, we make ghee directly from curd, but most of the ghee available in the market is made from butter or cream.
